ABOUT ME

Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. I’m proudly a full-time Realtor licensed in both Maryland & southern Pennsylvania. I have spent close to two decades in real estate, starting my career in New Construction homes helping families build their dream home. From there I spent a couple years as a Loan Officer before settling into my full time roll as a Real Estate agent. Learning about the intricacies and unique options of obtaining a mortgage is important knowledge for my Buyer clients as Sales price is one thing, but the monthly payment is what matters most to your budget.…

When you work with me, you get ME! While I have an excellent support staff to assist me (and you), I will always be your point of contact. These days Agents are gravitating to building teams, and when you do that, you fall out of touch with the client’s expectations. I will meet with you, discuss offers with you, explore and compare different loan products, be there for the inspections, and be the number you text/call when your mind is running with questions about the transaction.

I was born and raised in Harford County, and have spent most of my adult life in Baltimore County. After graduating from Fallston High, I attended Washington College in Chestertown, MD, where I graduated with a B.A. in Business Management and Economics. Some of my best memories are on the soccer field where I was a member and 2-year captain of the Men’s Soccer team, earning All-Conference and All-Region honors.

I currently reside in Monkton with my amazing Art Teacher of a Wife, and our energetic Blue Heeler named Hudson.

					We have worked with many real estate agents over the years, buying and selling our personal residences, flipping and now for short-term rentals. Ryan is the best agent we have ever worked with by far. He is extremely knowledgeable,  honest, patient, and available for every showing and every question. He goes above and beyond the typical agent's role in a real estate transaction.  We trusted Ryan to guide our daughter through buying her first home and will trust him again and again as we purchase more rental properties.

					Ryan is the most hard-working and honest real estate agent you will ever find. We put an offer in on the second house I saw, but I pulled out and ended up looking at over 100 more houses before he helped me find my dream house. There is not another agent that is as knowledgeable and patient as Ryan. He is sincere and extremely competent. I would never use another agent.

					Ryan did an amazing job on both the sale and purchase of our new home.  We were able to sell our home over asking price after several showings and one day on the market.  The transaction went very smooth! Ryan handled everything from title, financing and all of the inspections.  Our family could not have hoped for a better experience!
