As we prepare your marketing packet, of which over 80% of it is geared towards the internet, we will market the property to Realtors directly. We hold an extensive database of Agents in each zip code, and thier history of buyers in the Zip code. We market to those Agents directly so we can insure your Property stays top of mind in the local Realtor community.
